Booking & Payment

• Appointments are reserved upon paying a non-refundable 50% deposit fee (goes towards your service) when booking.

• Remaining 50% payment is due after services have been provided.

• Gift Certificates can be redeemed after services have been provided in its entirety. No 50% deposit required.

• Memberships are charged monthly on the day of your sign up and automatically draft the account you used to sign up. Once your billing cycle renews, you can schedule your appointment right away.

Memberships

• You can let credits accumulate for up to 12 months. After the 12 months, the credits DO NOT roll over. Plan accordingly and use your credits within the 12 month period of your sign up date.

• You can invite friends or family to use your credits.

• There is no contract. It is month-to-month. Cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

• Canceling after your billing cycle renews, will grant you 1 last credit that cannot be rolled over to the following month. It MUST be used the same month you cancelled the membership. It also cannot be refunded if you decide not to use the credit.

• There are multiple memberships to choose from. You cannot use your membership of ‘Service A’ to book ‘Service B’. If you’d like to experience other services outside your membership, ask us about our member discount.

Arrival

• Please arrive around 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Arriving late may shorten your session.

• First-time clients should complete intake forms before arriving.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Changes made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full service fee.

• No shows may be charged the full appointment amount.

• EXCEPTION: you woke up sick or encountered a same day emergency. Your 50% deposit will apply to rescheduling your appointment to a future date.

Health & Safety

• Please notify Monte Massage of any injuries, illnesses, surgeries, pregnancy, allergies, or medical conditions before your session.

• Massage/ Bodywork therapy is not a substitute for medical care. It may improve overall wellbeing and can be used as preventative care. We work with your medical team, not against them.

• Clients experiencing contagious illnesses may be asked to reschedule.

Scope of Practice

• Monte Massage provides professional therapeutic bodywook and craniosacral therapy within the practitioner’s licensed scope of practice.

• Services are strictly non-sexual.

• Draping is used at all times for client privacy, comfort and professionalism.

• Either the client or practitioner may end the session at any time if boundaries are not respectful.

Children & Minors

• Minors must have parent or legal guardian complete consent forms.

• A parent or guardian must remain present during the session if the minor is under 18 years of age.

Event Services

• Event hosts are responsible for providing an agreed-upon space suitable for set up and for coordinating the guest flow.

• A non-refundable 50% deposit (goes towards event) must be paid to book the event date.

• Final guest count and final payment must be sent in 7 days before your event date.

• Travel outside our service radius may incur additional fees. Our current service radius is Raleigh, NC and surrounding cities.

Your personal information, health history, and contact details are collected only to provide safe, personalized care. Information is NEVER sold or shared except when required by law or with your explicit consent.
